Jubilados y pensionados tendrán un aumento del 5% en diciembre
El jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, y la titular de Anses, Fernanda Raverta, anunciaron el incremento por decreto para los haberes previsionales que había anticipado el Presidente.
El Gobierno anunció esta tarde un incremento del 5% en diciembre para todos los haberes jubilatorios por lo que la mínima se eleva a $19.035.
El anuncio estuvo a cargo del jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero y la directora Ejecutiva de ANSES, Fernanda Raverta.
“Con este aumento, se llega a una suba del 35,3 por ciento para los haberes mínimos, por lo que, de esta manera el 75 por ciento le gana a la inflación y así estamos recomponiendo las pérdidas que se arrastraban desde 2018 y 2019 del 19 por ciento con la fórmula del gobierno anterior”, sostuvo Cafiero.
El presidente Alberto Fernández lo había anticipado esta mañana en declaraciones televisivas.
Con respecto a los futuros ajustes de los haberes previsionales, explicó: “tenemos que hacer algo sustentable. Con la fórmula que estamos proponiendo hoy, los jubilados ganaron un 20%. La que estamos dejando de lado, que es la del macrismo, los hizo perder un 19%”.
“Cuando una mira lo que pasó este año, las jubilaciones mínimas de hasta 25 mil pesos le estuvieron ganando siempre a la inflación”, agregó.
El Gobierno enviará esta semana al Congreso un proyecto de ley para volver a aplicar la fórmula de movilidad jubilatoria que estuvo vigente entre 2009 y 2017, que fue reemplazada por otra durante la gestión de Mauricio Macri.
Para la Casa Rosada, entre 2017 y 2019 las jubilaciones perdieron casi un 20% de capacidad de compra con la fórmula aplicada durante esos años, contenida en la Ley 27.426.
Cuando asumió, Fernández suspendió esa ley y otorgó aumentos por decreto, hasta tanto el Congreso apruebe un nuevo mecanismo para calcular los haberes previsionales.
La intención del Gobierno es que la fórmula de ajuste -que comenzaría a aplicarse desde marzo próximo- contemple en un 50% la evolución de los salarios de los trabajadores registrados y en el otro 50%, el nivel de recaudación tributaria.
“Con esta ley de movilidad volveremos a tener una ley efectiva para los jubilados. Yo no comparto la mirada de muchos que dicen que esto es un ajuste sobre los jubilados porque en verdad, se basa en dos puntos: la variación de los salarios y la recaudación, que es importante porque si no recaudás, no podemos pagar”, enfatizó Fernández.
Y aseguró: “ésto no está hecho para perjudicar a los jubilados, porque lo que más quiero es que ellos reconstruyan sus ingresos reales”.
Con respecto a una posible ley de jubilación anticipada o una moratoria de haberes previsionales, consideró: “eso no lo hemos estudiado, pero no lo descarto que en algún momento debamos estudiarlo”.
