Este martes 15 de junio, el Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censos (INDEC) informó que en marzo de 2021, el índice serie original del indicador sintético de servicios públicos (ISSP) registró una caída de 2,2% respecto al mismo mes del año anterior.

Si se analizan los índices de las series originales, en marzo de 2021 respecto a igual mes del año anterior, la demanda de energía eléctrica, gas y agua registró una baja de 3,7%; la recolección de residuos tuvo un aumento de 4,0%; por su parte, se observa una variación negativa de 37,4% en transporte de pasajeros y un crecimiento de 5,4% en el transporte de carga.
También se informó que los vehículos pasantes pagos por peajes se incrementaron un 40,1%; asimismo, el servicio de correo postal tuvo una mejora de 21,3%; mientras que el sector de telefonía registró un descenso de 0,3%.
En términos desestacionalizados, en marzo de 2021 respecto a febrero de 2021, se observa que la demanda de energía eléctrica, gas y agua registró una mejora de 8,3%; la recolección de residuos aumentó 3,2%; el transporte de pasajeros y el de carga se contrajeron 26,5% y 5,5%, respectivamente; los vehículos pasantes pagos por peajes mostraron una suba de 2,6%; el servicio de correos se expandió 36,8% y, finalmente, la telefonía tuvo una variación positiva de 1,3%.
