El intendente Alfredo Francolini, el Jefe de Gabinete Fernando Barboza, la subsecretaria de Empleo y Economía Social Griselda Jachú y el jefe de la Agencia Territorial Concordia del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Nación Guillermo Satalía Méndez, hicieron entrega de los certificados a los jóvenes que finalizaron el programa “Entrenamiento Laboral”, y a los comerciantes que abrieron las puertas de sus empresas para poner en marcha este programa.
“Este programa demuestra claramente lo importante que es el trabajo articulado entre el Estado y el sector privado. Son muchos los jóvenes que están buscando una oportunidad. Y lo que hacemos aquí es generar esa oportunidad”, señaló el intendente Alfredo Francolini. “Para los comercios es una gran ayuda, porque se les brinda un apoyo que necesitan, más hoy en este contexto en que estamos saliendo de la pandemia. Generar puestos de trabajo genuinos es para nosotros un gran orgullo, y es algo que lo logramos trabajando en conjunto, de esta forma, sigamos así”, subrayó Francolini.
“A pesar de la pandemia, hemos podido darle continuidad a este programa. Y hemos logrado que varios jóvenes queden contratados en las empresas donde realizaron su capacitación laboral”, expresó con visible orgullo Griselda Jachú. “Hoy cada vez más empresas y comercios se acercan a preguntar sobre este programa, y eso es lo más importante, tenemos una vinculación con el Parque Industrial también. Esto refleja que se está generando un mayor movimiento económico en la ciudad, y para las empresas es importante acceder a los beneficios de este programa”, valoró la titular de la Subsecretaría de Empleo, e invitó a acercarse a las oficinas en el Centro Cívico, Mitre y Pellegrini, primer piso, para adquirir más información.

“El balance que nosotros hacemos es muy bueno y positivo”, expresó Dario Vale, de Casa Vale. “Nosotros decidimos probar el programa e incorporar a dos jóvenes. Siempre se necesita personal para trabajar, y si son jóvenes dispuestos a aprender, mejor aún”, comentó.
“Este programa no sólo nos permite incorporar jóvenes capacitados y con ganas de aprender, sino que también recibimos un acompañamiento del Estado, lo que hace más fácil las gestiones y es una ayuda importante para todos”, agregó.
