AMPLIACIÓN DE LA RED DE AGUA EN EL BARRIO 11 DE JUNIO
El Ente Descentralizado de Obras Sanitarias (EDOS) concluyó los trabajos de extensión de la red de agua potable en el barrio 11 de junio, donde se realizó la instalación de nuevas cañerías mejorando la conexión existente y reemplazando y regularizando muchas conexiones irregulares que afectan el normal suministro.
En el marco del Plan de Agua y Saneamiento que impulsa el Gobierno Provincial y el Ente Nacional de Obras Hídricas de Saneamiento (Enohsa), a cargo de Enrique Cresto, el Municipio concluyó las tareas previstas en calle Gualeguay.
“En distintos sectores de la ciudad existen conexiones irregulares, en muchos casos de gran longitud, que no garantizan la llegada con normalidad del suministro de agua a cada hogar. Estamos regularizando y mejorando estas conexiones y la red en general”, comentó al respecto el titular de EDOS Jorge Mendieta, durante una recorrida por los trabajos en marcha que realizó acompañando al intendente Alfredo Francolini.
“Tenemos frentes de obra en toda la ciudad, realizando mejoras, arreglos y extensión tanto de la red de agua como de cloaca. Algunos trabajos son grandes obras de infraestructura, y en otros casos se trata de obras puntuales que mejorarán el servicio en un sector específico. Hoy tenemos en ejecución obras en los barrios San Pantaleón, Viñas, Llamaradas, San Juan, Victorino Simón, 11 de Junio, Nueva Esperanza, Parque Río Uruguay y Golf, entre otros”, enumeró Mendieta.
