PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO JOVEN: EL INTENDENTE FRANCOLINI ENTREGÓ ELEMENTOS AL PROFESORADO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA Y ESPECIAL
Finalizando las diferentes instancias de debate, elaboración de propuestas y elección de los proyectos, se realizó la entrega de los elementos e insumos que el Profesorado de Educación Primaria y Educación Especial de Concordia recibió a través del programa municipal de Presupuesto Participativo Jóven. El intendente Alfredo Francolini se reunió con los representantes de la comunidad educativa de la institución a quienes felicitó por el proceso democrático interinstitucional que llevaron adelante.
“Una de las líneas de trabajo de Presupuesto Participativo, es lo que denominamos PP Jóven, orientado a las instituciones terciarias de la ciudad. Es la segunda vez que llevamos adelante el programa en esta institución, y se contó con la participación de todos los integrantes, el equipo directivo, el personal, los estudiantes, quienes eligieron una serie de insumos y elementos que les permitirá fortalecer el trabajo formativo que se viene realizando”, señaló la directora de Presupuesto Participativo Laura Gervasi.
“Esto refleja la clara decisión política del intendente Alfredo Francolini de fortalecer los vínculos institucionales entre el Municipio y las instituciones académicas y apoyar con firmeza a la educación. Con el Jefe de Gabinete Fernando Barboza trabajamos diariamente en llevar adelante esta política, que beneficia directamente a los integrantes de la comunidad educativa, e indirectamente a toda la sociedad de Concordia”, subrayó Gervasi.
Silvia Dri, rectora del Institución, comentó que “es una propuesta muy enriquecedora porque trabajamos las actitudes democráticas, escuchando todas las voces, de estudiantes, docentes, no docentes, equipo directivo, y también egresados. Es una tarea genuina de instancias democráticas, llegando a acuerdos”. En este sentido, Dri, agradeció “a la Municipalidad por acercarse con esta propuesta. Nosotros propiciamos una educación que tiene que ver con la acción”, y la experiencia de Presupuesto Participativo les permitió enfatizar en “la formación que brindamos en la institución a través de las dos carreras”.
Ximena Gutierrez y Ángel Ferreya, presidenta y vicepresidente del Centro de Estudiantes del Profesorado, comentaron que “hicimos una encuesta y votaron estudiantes, docentes, toda la institución. Debatimos un montón, qué era lo que más se necesitaba, qué era lo que faltaba. Qué nos beneficiaba a nosotros y qué también podría beneficiar a los chicos de Primaria, porque compartimos el edificio con una escuela Primaria. Entonces parte de estos elementos, también va a beneficiar a ellos. Todo eso se puso en debate, fue una experiencia muy rica, que ya tuvimos en el 2019, repetimos este año de forma un poco distinta, porque se hizo mucho a través de la virtualidad, y esperamos que se pueda seguir llevando adelante en los años siguientes”.
En la oportunidad, se hizo entrega de 10 tubos Led, 20 ventiladores de pared, 3 monitores, un proyector, y una impresora multifunción con los insumos correspondientes. “Los estudiantes, el Consejo Directivo, todos estamos muy contentos por finalizar el año de esta forma, porque los recursos siempre son necesarios para fortalecer la tarea de formación”, expresó por último Silvia Dri.
