La Doctora Analía Ramponi fue designada nueva Jueza Federal de Concordia
Esta semana vimos publicado el Decreto 315/19 con la designación de la nueva funcionaria Federal. La Doctora, Analía Ramponi tiene 41 años, cursó sus estudios en la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Trabajó en el PAMI, allí estuvo a cargo de la Unidad Fiscal de Investigaciones de delitos en la obra social. En el año 1997 inició su carrera judicial ingresando como administrativa a la Justicia Nacional de Capital Federal.
El pliego de la Dra Analía Ramponi formó parte de un block de más de 20 designaciones para que el Senado Nacional los aprobara, situación que se dio por amplia mayoría. De ese total, 23 pliegos correspondieron a magistrados y ocho a vocales. La creación del Juzgado Federal de Concordia se aprobó hace más de 10 años, a través de la Ley N° 26.638, donde se adjudicó la competencia territorial que tendrá este nuevo juzgado de Concordia. Los casos de nuestro departamento, más San Salvador, Federación, Federal y Feliciano, estarán a cargo de la Dra. Ramponi. La competencia del Juzgado de Concepción del Uruguay fue modificada y a partir de esta designación en Concordia se achica su jurisdicción.
El nuevo juzgado podrá actuar en un amplio tramo del corredor de la autovía 14, por donde circulan delitos de narcotráfico, contrabando, trata de personas lavado de activos, y una amplia zona fronteriza siempre conflictiva.
La Corte Suprema habilita un juzgado Federal en Concordia
La Corte Suprema de Justicia habilitó tres nuevos juzgados federales de primera instancia en las ciudades de San Fernando del Valle de Catamarca, Concordia y Pehuajó.
Los juzgados ubicados en las provincias de Catamarca, Entre Ríos y Buenos Aires, respectivamente, se habilitarán con “las partidas para la creación de cargos de magistrados, funcionarios, personal administrativo, técnico y de servicio”, informó oficialmente la Corte. La decisión fue tomada mediante las acordadas 6, 7 y 8, firmadas por Horacio Rosatti, Juan Carlos Maqueda, Carlos Rosenkrantz y Ricardo Lorenzetti, y en cuyos fundamentos se destaca la puesta en marcha de juzgados federales en todo el país como una “prioridad insoslayable” en el fortalecimiento del sistema de justicia.
Como parte de este proceso, las cámaras de alzada de los flamantes juzgados deberán ahora tomar juramento a los magistrados designados: Guillermo Andrés Díaz Martínez en Catamarca; Analía Graciela Ramponi en Concordia y Héctor Andrés Heim en Pehuajó.
El Federal 2 de Catamarca fortalecerá al Federal 1 ya en funcionamiento, mientras que el de Concordia cubrirá los departamentos de Concordia, San Salvador, Federación, Federal y Feliciano; y el de Pehuajó tendrá competencia territorial también en los partidos de Carlos Tejedor, Daireaux, Guaminí, General Villegas, Salliqueló, Pellegrini, Trenque Lauquen, Adolfo Alsina, Rivadavia, Carlos Casares, Tres Lomas, Hipólito Yrigoyen y Bolívar.
