En la localidad de Pronunciamiento, el gobernador inauguró este jueves las obras de pavimento urbano de la Diagonal Urquiza, en la intersección de calles 29 de Septiembre y 11 de Abril, entregó aportes y firmó los contratos para dar inicio a la construcción de la obra de pavimento en la ruta provincial N° 23, en el tramo Pronunciamiento – 1° de Mayo – Villa Elisa, y para la iluminación LED en acceso de tránsito pesado de Pronunciamiento.
Bordet estuvo compañado por la vicegobernadora de la provincia, Laura Stratta; el presidente municipal de Pronunciamiento, Ricardo Sandoval; la presidenta de la Fundación Iapser, Mariel Ávila; los ministros de Planeamiento, Infraestructura y Servicios, Marcelo Richard; de Producción, Turismo y Desarrollo Económico, Juan José Bahillo.
La pavimentación de la ruta provincial Nº 23, entre Pronunciamiento y Villa Elisa, fue adjudicada a la empresa constructora Dos Arroyos S.A. por un monto de 1.957 millones de pesos. Comprende el mejoramiento de 25.800 metros que incluyen el desvío del tránsito pesado en las localidades de Pronunciamiento y 1° de Mayo. Los trabajos se construyen con financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) que afronta la provincia.
En Pronunciamiento, el mandatario comentó que se está comenzado la obra de pavimentación de la ruta 23 en el tramo entre Pronunciamiento y Villa Elisa, que tiene financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. “Es una obra muy importante porque une toda la trama vial de una ruta que mejora el transito vecinal pero fundamentalmente todo lo que tiene que ver con la producción”, precisó y apuntó que “hoy estamos firmando con la empresa el inicio de esta obra aquí en Pronunciamiento”.
En ese orden, subrayó la importancia de la obra de la ruta 23, porque ” además, de ser una obra importante, para mi desde lo personal tiene un doble valor”.
Mencionó, también que “la provincia, como complementario a la ruta 23, casi todo el desvío del tránsito pesado y la iluminación del mismo” y mencionó que “inauguramos unas cuadras de pavimento que hicimos en un convenio entre provincia y municipio y sin duda comprometiendo más apoyo”, sostuvo y recordó que hace poquito “licitaron por Cafesg una obra importante en pavimento para la localidad”.
Seguidamente agradeció a todos los vecinos y vecinas por “la paciencia que tuvieron porque este fue un proceso largo que hubo que hacer porque es un crédito que otorga el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. Esto tiene muchos requisitos legales que cumplir”.
Por último, resaltó la ventaja de hacer la obra a través BID, porque ” de esta manera es que una vez que la obra empieza tiene el financiamiento asegurado hasta que termina y tiene normas de calidad de construcción muy superiores, porque hay exigencias del BID que así lo establecen”. Por eso elegimos este camino que a veces es más largo pero es mucho más seguro y sustentable en el tiempo”, afirmó.
Viviendas
Por otra parte, Bordet informó que había comprometido con el intendente Ricardo (Sandoval), para la construcción de viviendas, pero que no había terrenos disponibles, pero que “ahora estamos generando desde la provincia un aporte para la compra del terreno y ya estamos haciendo un compromiso de construcción de 40 viviendas para Pronunciamiento”, afirmó.

Son cinco veces más de lo que recibían y con la diferencia que la comuna la administra de manera autárquica” y adelantó que por ese motivo “he dispuesto con la ministra de Gobierno, Rosario Romero, que se habiliten 23 comunas nuevas para este año. Para ir dando cumplimento con lo que establece la Constitución”, precisó.
Dijo que la decisión de esta categoría de comunas que es un intermedio entre la junta y el municipio “claramente ha cambiado para bien el funcionamiento”. Porque “una junta al no poder generar recursos propios siempre depende del aporte que en la provincia y esto es muy engorroso porque de Paraná acá el dinero viene de coparticipación directo a la comuna y la administran los presidentes de comuna y la aplican como mejor consideran en su localidad”, puntualizó.
También estuvieron presentes, los senadores provinciales Horacio Amavet y Maurico Santa Cruz; el presidente de la Comisión Administradora del Río Uruguay (CARU), José Lauritto; el escribano Mayor de Gobierno, Alejandro Santana; el titular del IAPV, Marcelo Bisogni; la titular de Vialidad, Alicia Benítez.

Por su parte, el presidente municipal Ricardo Sandoval, agradeció a los presentes, dijo que para él “es un día muy especial porque es un sueño hecho realidad”. Tras ello mencionó que “desde muchos años que se viene anhelando este sueño de tener el pavimento, la segunda etapa de pavimento de pronunciamiento a Villa Elisa en sus 24 kilómetros”. Es “anhelado por todos y por toda la zona”, destacó.
Tras ello, resaltó que “es una ruta estratégicamente muy importante para toda la zona, la región, por la producción que une a dos departamentos, el departamento Uruguay y el departamento Colón donde se van a ver beneficiados en esta obra tan anhelada de hace un tiempo”.
Por último, destacó y agradeció “el trabajo arduo que ha venido haciendo nuestro gobernador desde hace un tiempo largo”.
