Desde la “Agrupación Transparencia y Valor Manos Limpias”,el lic. en Ciencias Penales y Sociales, Héctor Olivera expreso,” que hay que dejar bien en claro, que la institución policial, no puede obligar a los funcionarios policiales a votar por la lista oficialista en este marco eleccionario”.

“Nadie puede decirte a quien votar. Sí, quieren hacer realmente un cambio para bien, está en juego la salud del policía, penitenciarios y las familias”.

En el marco de la futura elección que se avecinan en la renovación, del Directorio de la Obra Social IOSPER, explicó claramente que, la jerarquía, la subordinación y las órdenes que un superior da, debe ser en el marco y en función del desempeño como policía, siempre y cuando esas órdenes, estén sujetas y conforme a la ley, la constitución tanto provincial como nacional y en el desempeño de sus funciones como funcionarios policiales.

La policía como institución o jefe en representación de la institución no pueden obligar a los funcionarios, a los agentes policiales, a votar por determinada lista. Esto está fuera de lo que es la ley y del marco normativo.

Par ir finalizando el titular de esta agrupación, Olivera afirmo, que a esta altura nadie puede venir a decirnos algo a quien votar. Si quieren seguir con el mismo directorio del OISPER , que hace 12 años siguen cobrando y recaudando. O si quieren realmente un dar cambio, para quien ocupen ese lugar, sea para el bienestar y se juegue por el policía. Tiene que ser un voto a conciencia, porque el derecho a la salud, es el derecho de los hijos y de la familia en toda la provincia de Entre Ríos, aseguro.

Las palabras de nuestra Constitución Provincial dice que hay que compatibilizar la igualdad de oportunidades con el necesario respeto de las diferencias . Es un derecho inalienable. Sin coacción, sin opresión.
