El Gobierno provincial adelantará el 10,16% a estatales y docentes a cuenta de paritarias
Se trata del porcentaje propuesto la semana pasada en el inicio de las negociaciones salariales, consistente en sumar un 4% al 6,16% pendiente. Pese a que por ahora no hay acuerdo, el Gobierno provincial resolvió otorgar igual ese incremento con los haberes de agosto, a cuenta de la paritaria. La medida busca disminuir el impacto de la escalada inflacionaria en los salarios.
Este martes se desarrolló una nueva reunión paritaria entre las autoridades del Consejo General de Educación (CGE) y las y los representantes gremiales de la docencia entrerriana. El gobierno recibió la resolución del último congreso de Agmer y pasaron a un cuarto intermedio hasta el jueves 25 a las 10 hs. Por otra parte, la reunión prevista con los gremios de las y los trabajadores estatales se desarrollará el viernes a las 10 hs.
No obstante, el ministro de Economía, Hugo Ballay, confirmó que “atentos a la escalada inflacionaria que afecta los ingresos de los sectores trabajadores, decidimos efectuar este incremento que se compone del 6,16 por ciento pendiente en el primer acuerdo paritario de este año (que totaliza un 45,45 por ciento) más un 4 por ciento”. Además aclaró que “este aumento es a cuenta de lo que se acuerde en las próximas reuniones paritarias”, y que “como todas las mejoras que acordamos, rigen por igual para trabajadores activos y pasivos”.
El titular de Economía sostuvo que “el gobernador entiende que es necesario tomar este tipo de decisiones para proteger el salario de las y los trabajadores, activos y pasivos, de la administración pública provincial ante la escalada inflacionaria”.
Por último, Ballay puso de relieve “el valor de las paritarias y las instancias de diálogo que venimos desarrollando con los representantes gremiales”. “Somos respetuosos de las paritarias, que constituye un derecho de los trabajadores y trabajamos para llegar al mejor acuerdo posible y cumplir el objetivo del gobernador Bordet, que es que los salarios le ganen a la inflación”.
