Comienza PreViaje 3: descuentos, fechas, destinos y todo lo que hay que saber
Se pone en marcha desde hoy la tercera edición de Previaje, el programa que devuelve el 50% de los gastos en turismo en forma de crédito, y permitirá cargar comprobantes de compras realizadas a partir del 6 de septiembre.
La tercera edición del programa lanzado por el Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación tiene una diferencia importante respecto a las dos ediciones anteriores: el crédito del Previaje 3 se podrá utilizar en octubre y noviembre (hasta el 5 de diciembre), porque su objetivo es estimular la actividad en temporada baja.
Y posee otras dos novedades respecto de las ediciones anteriores: no aceptará pagos en efectivo -solo con tarjetas, billetera electrónica o transferencias bancarias- e incluye topes de precios y tarifas máximas en alojamientos.
Los precios “funcionarán de guía son los de comienzos de la temporada invernal, según los valores de las distintas categorías de hoteles y las regiones del país”, se informó luego de una reunión que mantuvieron el ministro de Turismo y Deportes, Matías Lammens, Sergio Massa y el secretario de Comercio, Matías Tombolini, con las principales cámaras del turismo y la hotelería.
“PreViaje fue el gran impulso de una temporada de verano histórica, que generó un impacto económico superior a los 635.000 millones de pesos para las economías regionales”, indicó a Lammens.
Fechas
El Previaje reintegra el 50% de los gastos en turismo -hasta 70% para afiliados al PAMI-, con un tope que esta vez será de $ 70.000 por persona, en lugar de los $ 100.000 de las ediciones anteriores, con las siguientes fechas:
- Quienes viajen entre el 10 de octubre y el 5 de diciembre pueden comprar del 6 al 11 de septiembre y cargar sus comprobantes del 6 al 14 de septiembre en www.previaje.gob.ar.

En tanto aquellas personas que viajen entre el 1 de noviembre y el 5 de diciembre, podrán efectuar sus compras entre el 6 y el 18 de septiembre y cargar sus comprobantes desde el 6 hasta el 21 de septiembre.
El programa será para todos los destinos del país, no solo para los denominados “destinos emergentes”, una posibilidad que se barajó inicialmente.
En cuanto al mecanismo y el sistema de funcionamiento, será el mismo que en las ediciones anteriores, que “es algo que la gente ya incorporó”.
Cómo utilizarlo
El Previaje es un plan que lanzó en 2020 el Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes de la nación para incentivar el turismo, entonces muy golpeado por la cuarentena decretada al inicio de la pandemia en nuestro país.
Con el objetivo de impulsar la compra anticipada de servicios turísticos para viajar por la Argentina, se lanzó el programa que ofrecía devolver el 50% de los consumos realizados en el sector turístico en forma de crédito, monto que se podía reutilizar en nuevos consumos turísticos, siempre dentro de la Argentina.
En el programa participan prestadores de alojamiento, agencias de viajes, transporte aéreo de cabotaje, transporte terrestre, alquiler de autos, parques y museos, excursiones y otros servicios turísticos.

Para utilizar el programa, lo primero que hay que hacer es elegir prestadores inscriptos: sea agencia de viajes, empresa de alquiler de autos, hotel o línea aérea, al momento de hacer la reserva hay que comprobar que ese prestador esté inscripto en el programa, para poder acceder al beneficio.
Luego hay que registrarse con la cuenta de Mi Argentina, tras lo cual se puede crear el viaje, con datos como lugar de partida, destino y fechas.
Una vez que se reserva y se abona el producto turístico (un paquete, un pasaje, una estadía de hotel, una excursión, etc.), las facturas, tickets de ómnibus o pasajes aéreos -a nombre del viajero-, se pueden cargar (con números de tickets e importes) en el viaje ya creado.
Una vez que esos comprobantes se validen, el usuario podrá ver el crédito a su favor en su cuenta, que podrá utilizar mediante una tarjeta precargada o a través de BNA+ (la “billetera virtual” de Banco Nación) desde la fecha en que se inicie el viaje.
El tope de gasto por cada adulto argentino mayor de 18 años es de $ 100.000, es decir que cada persona puede obtener un crédito máximo de $ 50.000, dinero que se podrá utilizar en todos los productos y servicios de la cadena turística (sin importar si las empresas prestadoras son o no prestadores del PreViaje) desde la fecha de inicio del viaje y hasta fines de 2023.
Es importante tener en cuenta que esa cadena turística, además de hotelería, pasajes y excursiones, incluye también gastronomía, funciones de cine y teatro, entre otros, por lo que en muchos casos el crédito puede utilizarse en la misma ciudad de residencia, sin necesidad de viajar.
