Bordet promulgó la ley que regulariza la situación laboral de los empleados de CAFESG
El gobernador Gustavo Bordet promulgó la ley por la que se crean los cargos de planta permanente en la Comisión Administradora para el Fondo Especial de Salto Grande (Cafesg) con el fin de regularizar la situación laboral de 51 empleados del organismo.
La norma salda una deuda histórica con empleadas y empleados de Cafesg que desde hace muchos prestan sus servicios como contratados, ya que la ley de organismo 9140 sancionada en el año 1998, no preveía la planta permanente.
Bordet valoró el rol de los trabajadores en el organismo y los canales de diálogo permanente para consensuar una norma de les brinda estabilidad laboral.
La ley crea en el ámbito de la CAFESG; la cantidad de cincuenta y un 51 cargos de Planta Permanente en el Escalafón General para ser destinados a la regularización e incorporación de personas que detenten relación contractual con dicha Comisión, y 29 cupos de contratos de servicios de personal temporario en el Escalafón General, para ser destinados a la regularización e incorporación de personas que detenten relación contractual con dicha Comisión.
