Denunciaron a viceintendente por presuntos actos violentos contra una menor de 16 años
La Fiscalía de Género de Concordia y la Justicia de Familia, tomaron intervención tras una denuncia presentada en sede policial contra el viceintendente de Puerto Yeruá, Rubén Segovia.
La víctima es una menor de 16 años que sería la “novia” de Segovia. A la denuncia la presentó el padre de la chica y pidió que “se tomen las medidas más urgentes y necesarias porque no voy a permitir que hija sea agredida de esta manera”.
“Tengo una hija de 16 años que vive conmigo, pero hace aproximadamente dos años tiene una relación sentimental de noviazgo con el ciudadano Rubén Segovia (…) Hace poco tomé conocimiento de que mi hija sufre violencia por parte de Segovia, tanto física como psicológicamente. Ella nunca me contó nada por más que le preguntara, pero me he enterado por terceros”, dijo el hombre.
Aseguró que se enteró por una amiga de su hija que Segovia “la maltrató, la lesionó tomándola del cuello y la tiró al piso, desconociéndose los motivos. También me mandó fotos de un moretón que tiene mi hija en el cuello”.
El hombre que se presentó en sede policial dijo que tanto su hija como Segovia negaron el hecho. Contó que a su hija le mostró la foto. “Es como que ella aceptó lo sucedido. Pero no se animaba a denunciarlo. Por lo tanto yo quiero radicar la denuncia”, enfatizó.
Según pudo saber El Entre Ríos, el Ministerio Público Fiscal tomó intervención a través de Juan Pablo De Giambattista. A su vez, la Justicia de Familia dispuso medidas de restricción de acercamiento, e incluso suministró a la joven de 16 años un botón antipánico.
