Lanzan un nueva cancelación anticipada de cuotas de viviendas sociales
El Instituto Autárquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda lleva adelante un nuevo plan de cancelación anticipada de deuda para los adjudicatarios que abonen un monto menor o igual a 6 mil pesos por mes • La vigencia del mismo será a partir del 1 de diciembre de 2022 hasta el 31 de enero de 2023, inclusive.
Al respecto, el presidente del Instituto Autárquico de Planeamiento y Vivienda (IAPV), Marcelo Bisogni, dijo que “cuando un entrerriano accede a una vivienda del IAPV, consigue más que sólo una casa sino también a un hogar, a un espacio propio de realización familiar y al hacerlo, asume un compromiso solidario para con otro vecino que está esperando una solución al problema habitacional que tiene”.
El funcionario indicó que “la implementación del sistema tiene como objetivo proceder a la entrega definitiva de las respectivas escrituras traslativas de dominio libre de gravámenes, la reducción en el costo de escrituración y de los costos operativos de administración y cobranza, para lograr una mayor eficiencia en el manejo de la base de datos”.
Señaló que “la adhesión a este sistema se efectuará de manera online a través de la página web del organismo, a efectos de que sea más ágil y dinámica”.
Bisogni precisó que “la cancelación anticipada de deuda involucra a los titulares de viviendas sociales cuya cuota mensual es inferior o igual a 6.000 pesos. Se aplicará un 20 por ciento de descuento, para los adherentes que estén al día con el pago al 30 de septiembre de 2022 y de un 12 por ciento para los adjudicatarios con deuda vencida. Los saldos adeudados podrán cancelarse hasta en dos cuotas mensuales, iguales y consecutivas sin interés”.
