En lo que fue su última exposición ante la Asamblea Legislativa, el mandatario no solo hizo un repaso del ejercicio que concluyó, sino que anticipó una serie de medidas que se aplicarán en el último tramo de su segundo mandato.

“He decidido quitar todo cargo provincial de la factura de luz”, dijo el gobernador Gustavo Bordet en lo que fue uno de los principales anuncios de su exposición.

El mandatario ratificó la decisión de suspender la actualización de la tarifa eléctrica que debía aplicar la provincia y adelantó que se eliminarán las cargas provinciales de la factura de energía eléctrica hasta fin de año. “Reemplazaremos con rentas generales la inversión en obras que prevé el Fondo de Desarrollo Energético de Entre Ríos”, indicó. Seguidamente invitó a que los municipios tomen medidas similares en materia de Tasas.

En ese marco, recordó que “Salto Grande es de los entrerrianos y esta debe ser una tarea que nos debe unir a todas las fuerzas políticas. No puede seguir sucediendo que paguemos una tarifa eléctrica totalmente inequitativa, cuando en el AMBA está subsidiada”.

El gobernador también confirmó que, tal como lo había comprometido al inicio de su gestión, este año se completará restitución total de los dos puntos de aportes patronales al Iosper, la obra social de las y los trabajadores de la administración pública provincial, los cuales se venían restituyendo progresivamente.

En materia de infraestructura vinculada a la producción y la industria, anunció que se abrirá la convocatoria a las inversiones privadas o mixtas a la presentación de proyectos de inversión y explotación para fortalecer la infraestructura portuaria. “Queremos avanzar en un polo polimodal en el sur de la provincia con conectividad vial y ferroviaria”, destacó.

También comunicó que el 30 de marzo se abrirán los sobres de la licitación de la obra de rehabilitación de las rutas provinciales 1 y 2 entre los departamentos La Paz, Federal y Feliciano, una deuda histórica con el norte entrerriano.

Recordando que siempre “hemos estado al lado de nuestro sector productivo ante las contingencias climáticas”, informó que enviará un proyecto de ley a la legislatura provincial para que, quienes estuvieron en situación de emergencia agropecuaria durante dos periodos consecutivos sean considerados en la categoría de desastre, lo cual les permitirá acceder a mayores exenciones impositivas y herramientas para recomponer su capital de trabajo. El proyecto proyecto también contempla la exención de los vencimientos del impuesto inmobiliario rural de 2022.

En función de lo comprometido en 2017, el mandatario dijo que enviará a la legislatura un proyecto para modificar la ley de Niñez con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones de vida de las niñas y los niños. Entre otras innovaciones, esta nueva norma incluirá la creación de la Defensoría de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes.

En materia ambiental, dio a conocer que se reglamentó la ley 10.671, que incorpora a la categoría de reserva de usos múltiples a los humedales e islas de Victoria con un plan de manejo sustentable fruto de “de un extenso trabajo de diálogo y articulación entre todos los sectores de la zona. Esto brindará directrices claras sobre las actividades que se pueden desarrollar, y cómo hacerlas, con los criterios necesarios para preservar este espacio fundamental para la vida”, remarcó.

Comunicó que elevará un proyecto para una nueva ley de Bomberos Voluntarios que reemplace a la actual, el cual se está enviando a la legislatura. El proyecto que pretende reemplazar a la norma que data de 1987, busca actualizar el funcionamiento de las Asociaciones de Bomberos Voluntarios en Entre Ríos y su vinculación con el Estado provincial.
