Policiales: Se realizaron dos allanamientos por una investigación nacional sobre pornografía infantil
En total se realizaron “62 allanamientos conjuntos y coordinados en distintas provincias de la República Argentina, en el marco de la Operación Red Federal en Alerta II”, según precisaron fuentes judiciales a nivel nacional. La operación se realizó con el fin de “desbaratar redes de transmisión y producción de material de abuso sexual infantil, que se encuentran operando en todo el mundo”.
La investigación, de alcance federal, involucró 60 objetivos ubicados en la provincia de Buenos Aires, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Chubut, Entre Ríos, Santa Fe, Chaco, Córdoba, Formosa, Misiones, Salta, San Luis, Jujuy, Mendoza y San Juan. Como resultado de esto, hay 13 personas detenidas y se secuestraron más de 600 dispositivos electrónicos de almacenamiento.
La tarea fue realizada por la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Delitos y Contravenciones Informáticas, a cargo de Daniela Dupuy, junto con el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales del Ministerio Público Fiscal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, en un trabajo conjunto llevado a cabo por las autoridades de la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Argentina, el U.S. Department of Homeland Security de Estados Unidos, el Ministerio Público Fiscal CABA y fiscalías de las provincias involucradas.
El operativo pudo concretarse gracias a la utilización del sistema de investigación que proporciona “Icaccops” (Sistema de investigación estadounidense Internet Crimes Against Children Child On-line Protection System), plataforma utilizada para verificar tráfico de material de explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes en plataformas de intercambio Peer lo Peer (P2P). Este mismo sistema es utilizado por miles de investigadores en todo el mundo con el objeto de brindar asistencia en este tipo de casos.
De esta manera, el sistema aportó pistas de investigación y permitió identificar direcciones de IP asociadas a archivos relacionados con la explotación sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Se logró identificar a 62 usuarios en distintitos puntos del país, entre ellos, de la provincia de Buenos Aires, CABA, Entre Ríos, Santa Fe, Chubut, Córdoba, Formosa, Salta, San Luis, Misiones, Jujuy, Mendoza, Chaco y San Juan.

En lo que respecta al territorio provincial, hubo allanamiento en las ciudades de Paraná, Colón y Concordia.
En la capital del Citrus se realizaron dos intervenciones, con actuaciones encabezadas por la Dra. Julia Rivoria, en representación del Ministerio Público Fiscal local.
Aunque no se informaron precisiones sobre las direcciones, se conoció que se secuestraron distintos tipos de soportes electrónicos, como celulares y CPU. A diferencia de lo ocurrido en Paraná, en Concordia por el momento no hay personas detenidas.
Fuentes judiciales subrayaron que la investigación está dando recién sus primeros pasos. También señalaron que -en ambos casos- se tratan de viviendas cuyos titulares son personas mayores, por lo que se deberá establecer si realmente son los directamente involucrados o, si en realidad, como suele ocurrir en muchos casos, la conexión a internet era usada por un tercero para descargar el material de pornografía infantil
