Dirección General de Rentas: Continúa vigente la moratoria municipal
En el marco de las medidas orientadas a aliviar la situación fiscal de los contribuyentes que impulsa la gestión del intendente Enrique Cresto, desde la Dirección General de Rentas informan que continúa vigente la moratoria “Ahora 6” hasta el 31 de julio, con amplios beneficios para los vecinos y vecinas concordienses.
En este sentido, cabe recordar que desde el municipio se dispuso una amplia Moratoria Impositiva que toma en consideración la macroeconomía y el contexto inflacionario y que a su vez acompaña al contribuyente en su voluntad de ponerse al día con los tributos municipales.
“Desde el Ejecutivo, con la decisión del Intendente, trabajamos en la ejecución de estas medidas orientadas a aliviar la situación fiscal de los contribuyentes. Un plan que contempla beneficios y reducciones para el periodo Junio – Julio 2023 y además permite hasta 6 cuotas sin interés de financiación”, explicó el secretario de Gobierno y Hacienda Aldo Álvarez.
Los beneficios son: • Reducción de intereses resarcitorios • Condonaciones de multas • Sin interés de financiación. A su vez, incluye los siguientes tributos: • Tasa Comercial • Tasa General Inmobiliaria • Cementerio • Contribuciones por mejoras • Derechos de Inscripción • Derechos de Construcción • Terminal • Publicidad y Propaganda • Juzgado de Faltas • Abasto • Mercado Popular Las Pulgas.
Es importante resaltar que las reducciones y condonaciones van del 100% al 60%, dependiendo de la cantidad de cuotas. Período moratoria: Junio – Julio 2023.
