El Instituto de Viviendas y Tierras Autárquico Municipal (In.V.y.T.A.M.) entregó 80 terrenos en la zona noroeste a numerosas familias de nuestra ciudad. El acto se llevó a cabo en el salón principal del municipio.
“Son 80 familias que tendrán sus terrenos. Los adquirimos hace poco tiempo por el Consejo Deliberante. Luego, con el sistema de autoconstrucción, ellos podrán acceder al programa autoconstrucción, que son materiales de construcción que se le entregan para que empiecen a construirse la vivienda con técnicos del In.V.y.T.A.M. que todo el tiempo van acompañando y capacitando”, explicó el intendente a nuestros cronistas.
“Tienen que tener la cuota al día del terreno porque con esa cuota se crea un fondo en el que el In.V.y.T.A.M compra más tierras y vamos entregando 4000 lotes”, valoró Cresto.
Posteriormente el mandatario local explicó que “hay un listado enorme de gente que está necesitando terrenos y el instituto de tierra de vivienda municipal compra terrenos, ya sea terrenos municipales o terrenos provinciales o compra terrenos a privados a valor semilla el cual es un valor accesible y después se le entrega a las familias”.
“En este caso, los terrenos están en un solo barrio en la zona noroeste. Quiero agradecer también al propietario porque son dos manzanas que se mantuvo el presupuesto original el mismo precio, es decir, por un año nos mantuvo desde que se votó en el Concejo Deliberante hasta que se pudo pagar y eso permite que también puedan tener un valor muy accesible cada cuota de terreno”, valoró Enrique Cresto.
