Computadoras: El 40 % de docentes universitarios no califica para el crédito
Desde la Asociación Gremial de Docentes Universitarios de Entre Ríos (Agdu) se comunicó una aclaratoria a los afiliados sobre el plan para renovación de tecnología para el personal docentes que emitió a la Secretaría de Políticas Universitarias (SPU) del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación.
El cupo asignado fue pautado en 30 mil créditos, distribuidos en 20 mil para la compra de netbooks y 10 mil para computadoras de escritorio. Este plan preveía que los profesores que cobraran el salario en el Banco Nación podrían acceder a un crédito de hasta 150.000 pesos y para quienes cobren en otro banco (como en el caso de la Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos, que posee un agente financiero privado) el monto sería de hasta 100.000 pesos. La tasa del empréstito era del 12 por ciento, a abonar en hasta 36 cuotas, merced a un subsidio del Ministerio de Educación que aporta 50.000.000 de pesos.
El programa de créditos subsidios para la adquisición de productos tecnológicos se oficializó tras las gestiones de la Federación Nacional de Docentes Universitarios (Conadu), se indicó desde el sindicato local y se invitó para una inscripción a fin que el Banco Nación realice un cruce de datos “para establecer quienes están en condiciones de aplicar”.
Si bien no había restricciones para solicitar el crédito en cuanto categorías y dedicaciones, si se establecieron requisitos de un crédito corriente que pide Banco Nación.
Justamente a partir de estas solicitudes, la Secretaría de Políticas Universitarias emitió una aclaratoria sobre la operatoria de los créditos para la compra de computadores personales por parte de los docentes de las Universidades Nacionales a través del Banco de la Nación Argentina. En este sentido se informó que “los listados enviados hasta el 21/09/2020 fueron remitidos al Banco de la Nación a los efectos de que realicen la precalificación crediticia de los docentes incluidos en la misma”, y que “del análisis de precalificación crediticia efectuado por el Banco surgieron los siguientes datos:
-19.356 docentes tienen antecedentes desfavorables en el sistema financiero (no califican con los estándares del Banco Central de la República Argentina).
-10.698 docentes tienen afectado más del 30% de su salario con otros créditos.
-17.245 docentes exceden la edad máxima a la finalización del crédito.
-9.716 docentes perciben menos de un Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil.
Los datos de precalificación fueron brindados por el Banco Nación, el 30 de septiembre pasado, luego de ser evaluados según “las reglamentaciones del Sistema Financiero Argentino regulado por el Banco Central de la República Argentina”.
Es así que según la Síntesis de Información Estadísticas Universitarias de 2019, que señala en el país la existencia de 137.357 docentes de educación superior, no pueden acceder un total de 57.015, lo que da un porcentaje de 41,51. (AIM)
