Definen cuándo comenzará a aplicarse la vacuna rusa
El presidente Alberto Fernández encabezará este sábado, a las 17, en forma virtual, un encuentro con los gobernadores de todas las provincias para coordinar la fecha de inicio de la campaña de vacunación contra el coronavirus, tras la llegada de las 300 mil dosis de Sputnik V.
En la actividad oficial, los gobernadores y el jefe de Gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, recibirán la confirmación de la cantidad de vacunas que se distribuirán en cada uno de sus distritos.
El inicio de la distribución a la Provincia y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires está previsto desde este viernes, con plazos de entrega de 12 horas para el área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires.
El jefe de Gabinete Santiago Cafiero adelantó ayer en el aeropuerto internacional de Ezeiza que el Presidente “se reunirá el fin de semana con los gobernadores” para continuar con el “trabajo articulado” que se desarrolla desde el inicio de la pandemia con los mandatarios provinciales.
El funcionario remarcó que esa coordinación permitió los “buenos resultados” logrados desde el inicio de la pandemia y adelantó que se continuará con la metodología de trabajo basada en una “mirada federal”.
El ministro de Salud, Ginés González García, confirmó que el gobierno nacional busca “comenzar la semana próxima” con la campaña de vacunación, “en forma simultánea en todas las provincias”.
Las 300 mil dosis de la vacuna Sputnik V que llegaron ayer a Ezeiza serán suministradas en una primera etapa a personal de la salud y sanitario, “que son los que tienen un contacto más directo y permanente con el virus”, recordó el ministro.
Para su traslado desde Rusia, las dosis fueron embaladas en contenedores especiales provistos por la empresa de logística DHL, que conservan el material durante todo el viaje a una temperatura de 18 grados bajo cero.
Se trató en total de 56 ThermoContainers que fueron ubicados en ocho pallet en la bodega del avión, totalizando un peso de 9.408 kilos.
Luego fueron almacenadas en un depósito a fin de comenzar con la separación en diferentes pallet, a fin de ser distribuidas en cada uno de los distritos según el mapa sanitario con el que cuentan las autoridades.
El plan de vacunación contará con 116 mil integrantes de los equipos de vacunación, entre vacunadores y personal de apoyo, y 7.749 establecimientos de salud acondicionados para vacunar, además de 10 mil voluntarios que se sumarán a través del Programa Activar.
El proceso de registro que deben seguir los ciudadanos para poder recibir la aplicación de la vacuna comienza con la validación de identidad y prioridad con DNI. Luego se cargan los datos en los registros digitales con el sistema nacional que, según el gobierno, “permite hacer seguimiento nominalizado de las personas vacunadas en tiempo real”.
Una vez aplicada la primera dosis, se emite un carnet de vacunación con recordatorio para la aplicación de la 2da dosis, y se efectúa un monitoreo de posibles eventos adversos.
Además de las 300 mil dosis que se entregaron esta semana, en enero llegarán otras 5 millones y 14.700.000 en febrero, con una opción de ampliar en 5 millones más.
Mientras tanto, la provincia de Buenos Aires ya puso su propia fecha del comienzo de la vacunación. El ministro de Salud bonaerense, Daniel Gollan, anunció que el próximo lunes se empezará a vacunar al personal de salud de las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos, para lo cual deberán registrarse y solicitar turno.
