Viale: le otorgaron 30 días de prisión al acusado del intento de femicidio
Román Aguilar, acusado de intentar matar y quemar con aceite hirviendo a su ex pareja, Priscila Metz, el pasado 18 de abril.
El pasado miércoles se realizó una audiencia en Tribunales de Paraná para definir su situación procesal.
Según se indicó, al acusado se le otorgó 30 días de prisión preventiva y será alojado en la Unidad Penal Nº 1 de la capital entrerriana. Así lo dispuso la jueza de Garantías Elisa Zilli.
En tanto, el próximo 3 de junio, se realizará una nueva audiencia y Aguilar será sometido a pericias psicológicas.
El pedido de la prisión preventiva fue realizado por el Fiscal Pablo Zoff y luego por el querellante, Marcos Rodríguez Allende. En tanto los defensores, se opusieron al pedido, publicó Códigos.
Sobre el violento ataque a Priscila
Priscila Metz fue atacada por su ex pareja, Román Aguilar, quien le arrojó aceite hirviendo en el rostro, le rompió el celular con una maza y le quebró sus anteojos. La víctima había ido hasta la casa de Aguilar, con quien tienen un hijo en común de 5 años, para recibir el dinero de la cuota alimentaria y fue ahí cuando el sujeto la agredió e intentó matarla.
Según informaron desde la comisaría de Viale, Metz era víctima de violencia de género por parte de su ex pareja y no era la primera vez que sufría agresiones.
