Policiales: Secuestraron 1.450 metros de redes y bogas fuera de la medida reglamentaria
Durante la última semana de julio, personal de la Dirección General de Fiscalización de la provincia, junto a personal policial de nuestra Ciudad, secuestraron 1.450 metros de redes para pesca y bogas fuera de la medida reglamentaria.
Las tareas de fiscalización en Concordia forman parte de la rutina de control diaria, especialmente en la zona de Salto Grande, zona que está preservada desde distintas normas provinciales para ejercer la actividad de pesca.
En este sentido, personal de la Dirección General de Fiscalización de la provincia, en conjunto con personal de Comisaría Quinta de Concordia, realizaron operativos en diversos accesos a lugares habituales de pesca, tal como es el ingreso al camping La Tortuga Alegre.
Según se dio a conocer, las actas fechadas durante la última semana de julio –del 23 al 31– y en horarios rotativos, se aduce que el denominador común en la mayoría de los casos detectados como infracción es el uso de mallas de nylon prohibidas para la actividad pesquera.
En esta oportunidad –y durante el lapso de los nueve días de control– se secuestraron un total de 1.450 metros de redes que están prohibidas para la pesca, según lo establece la Ley Provincial de Pesca Nº 4.892, para lo cual se labró en cada caso el acta de infracción correspondiente.
Además de las infracciones a la Ley Provincial de Pesca, artículos y resoluciones vigentes y Resolución 07/23 Impuestas por CARU, tuvieron que ver con una persona que transportaba pescado, llevando en el baúl de su vehículo un total de 21 bogas y dos dorados.
Otro de los procedimientos informados en las actas indica que en uno de los controles vehiculares realizados en pos de prevenir la pesca ilegal, personal de Comisaría Quinta observó el detenimiento de un vehículo, del cual descendió una persona de sexo masculino, descargó una bolsa y la ocultó en zona de alta vegetación, dándose luego a la fuga. Al inspeccionar el lugar, se localizó una bolsa conteniendo redes de pesca. Ante la presencia de la jefa de comisaría, oficial principal Belén Cheriezzo, y personal a su cargo, se labró un acta de secuestro y hallazgo de un total de tres redes tipo nylon, con un total aproximado de 650 metros.
Cada uno de estos procedimientos tiene como objetivo principal proteger el recurso pesquero y combatir la pesca furtiva, haciendo cumplir efectivamente el espíritu de las leyes provinciales.
