Hoy se presenta en sociedad la primera subcomisión del Instituto de Derecho Penal Procesal y Criminológico en Concordia
El evento se va a llevar a cabo esta tarde a partir de las 19 horas en el Colegio de la Abogacía de nuestra ciudad y la invitación es extensiva a todo público.
En este sentido, la Dra. Brenda Vittori informó que “este 1 de diciembre tenemos el acto donde vamos a asumir a nuestros cargos porque se creó la primera subcomisión del Instituto de Derecho Penal Procesal y Criminológico en Concordia, el cual ya se encuentra funcionando”.
“Es un instituto en la provincia y surgió la necesidad de que haya una subcomisión en Concordia, así que este viernes los esperamos a todos en el Colegio de la Abogacía a las 7 de la tarde”, invitó la letrada.
“Va a haber un acto y vamos a contar cuáles son nuestros objetivos con los colegas que venimos trabajando desde hace un tiempo; es novedoso para nuestra ciudad en esta materia, que aparezca un instituto de este tipo porque la idea es generar un espacio de contención y un espacio académico también para los colegas que se quieren seguir sumando”, precisó Vittori.
Respecto a la función concreta de esta institución en nuestra ciudad, el Dr. Diego Briceño mencionó que “es bastante amplio”.
“Para resumirlo en una función concreta, la idea nuestra es ser parte del mejoramiento del sistema de justicia y abocarnos a que todos los colegas que se quieran dedicar al fuero penal tengan el conocimiento y las herramientas necesarias para poder hacerlo”, expresó el abogado a nuestros cronistas.
Sobre este tema, continuó diciendo que “el penal es un fuero bastante cerrado, donde hay muchos colegas que les gusta que salen de la facultad diciendo que se van a dedicar y que, cuando llegan, en virtud hay falta de regulación de algunas cosas o la informalidad propia del proceso penal, es que terminan desistiendo”.
“Entonces, nosotros queremos que los colegas nos acompañen en esto” para “que todo el que se quiera dedicar a la materia penal lo pueda hacer y que tenga en el instituto a quien recurrir, capacitarse, formarse y trabajar correctamente”, resaltó el letrado Briceño.
Por su parte, el Dr. Pablo Palacio aclaró que “la finalidad del instituto está dirigida a los profesionales, y es más que nada para los que recién se inician, para que tengan una contención en el ámbito de Concordia porque en nuestra ciudad no tenemos prácticamente una contención”.
Y continuó: “Hay poco de abogados penalistas y esta institución va a tener esta finalidad: la de poder tener un grupo de personas en una institución que tengan esta protección o contención a los profesionales”.
A su vez, “dar las herramientas necesarias para gestionar en distintas problemáticas que se dan en estos ámbitos como es la Justicia. Como abogado profesional individual, a veces se complica a la hora de hacer ciertos reclamos y teniendo esta herramienta, este instituto, podemos gestionarlo a nivel provincial”, valoró el abogado.
“Esto surge a nivel provincial, es algo completamente apartidario, no tiene fines políticos, viene de lo que son las renovaciones de autoridades a nivel provincial, de lo que es el Instituto Provincial de Derecho Penal, que se encuentra dentro del Colegio de la Abogacía de la provincia de Entre Ríos”, explicó el Dr. Javier Orduna al ser consultado por nuestros cronistas.
“Esta delegación que estamos creando acá sería una subcomisión que va a tener personería jurídica propia a quienes invitamos a participar ad honorem les decimos a los colegas, o aquellas personas que estén interesadas en informarse un poco más de que va ser el instituto, se puede resumir en dos partes”, introdujo el Dr. Orduna.
“Por un lado, viene de una bajada de línea provincial, donde nosotros empezamos a tomar contacto todos los abogados y abogadas penalistas de la provincia, entendiendo que el ejercicio de la profesión en la provincia es bastante disímil, es bastante diferente porque no son los problemas iguales los de Chajarí que los de Concordia”, precisó.
“Entonces, de ahí surge esto. En este caso, nosotros invitamos a la gente a acercarse para conocernos y evacuar todo lo que quieran saber”, invitó el Dr. Javier Orduna.
