Desde la Dirección General de Rentas informaron que la moratoria “Ahora 6” cerró con muy buenos resultados.
En efecto, el Régimen Especial y Transitorio de Cancelación de Obligaciones Fiscales denominado “Ahora 6” fue destinado a la regularización de deudas en concepto de: Tasa Comercial, Tasa General Inmobiliaria, Cementerio, Contribución por Mejoras, Terminal de Ómnibus, Derechos de Inscripción, Derecho de Construcción, Mercado Popular de Pulgas (Alquiler), Abasto, Publicidad y Propaganda y Sanciones impuesta por Justicia de Faltas, incluyendo sus multas y accesorios.
Según indicaron desde la Dirección General de Rentas dicho régimen alcanzó a todas las deudas vencidas al 31 de Mayo de 2023, independientemente de que las mismas se encuentren intimadas, en proceso de determinación, en gestión extrajudicial, en procedimiento administrativo tributario, o contencioso administrativo, sometidas a juicio de apremio fiscal, verificadas en concurso preventivo y quiebra.
En este sentido, el secretario de Gobierno y Hacienda, Aldo Álvarez, señaló que “esta medida estuvo vigente desde el 1 de junio hasta el 31 de agosto de 2023 inclusive”.
Álvarez detalló que “se acogieron a este régimen 7.495 contribuyentes, consolidando deuda por un total de $386.583.087”. Y remarcó que “al 31 de agosto se cobró un monto de $143.383.511,91, quedando pendiente un total de $243.199.575,09 en concepto de cuotas no devengadas”.
Por último, el funcionario destacó que “del total de contribuyentes adheridos, 3.798 hicieron convenio al contado obteniendo importantes reducciones en concepto de multas e intereses resarcitorios y 3.320 contribuyentes optaron por suscribir convenios en cuotas sin intereses de financiación”, concluyó.
